Payment is requested at the time of consultation, except for approved Workcover and TAC claims, where the insurer is billed directly.  Please contact us to enquire about our current fees.

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates are available for a range of mental health concerns with a written referral from a GP,  paediatrician, or psychiatrist.   It is recommended that you discuss your eligibility for a referral with your health care provider before you make an appointment to see our psychologists.  If you are eligible, your doctor will prepare a Mental Health Care Plan which entitles you to a rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year.  Please bring a copy of the referral letter or the Mental Health Care Plan to your first session with us.

Please note, doctors generally require an extended consultation to prepare the Mental Health Care Plan.

Private Health Insurance Rebates

 Private Health Insurance rebates may be available subject to your level of cover.  If you are eligible for a private rebate you will need to submit your invoice to your Health Fund directly.  A GP referral is not required if you are claiming through your health insurance.  Please note, Medicare rebates and health insurance rebates cannot both be claimed for the same consultation.
